We are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Residential Appliance Repair Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain major household appliances in customers’ homes while delivering an exceptional service experience.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, freezers, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, microwaves, and other major household appliances.
• Travel to customers’ homes to perform scheduled service calls.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic appliance issues.
• Provide customers with clear explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs.
• Complete repairs efficiently while maintaining high standards for workmanship and safety.
• Order, manage, and maintain commonly used parts and supplies.
• Accurately document diagnoses, repairs, parts, payments, and service-call information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle.
• Communicate with customers and office staff regarding scheduling, parts, follow-up visits, and repair status.
• Deliver a professional, friendly customer experience from arrival through completion of the service call.
• Follow company procedures, manufacturer specifications, and applicable safety standards.

What We're Looking For

• Previous appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, automotive, maintenance, or other mechanical experience is preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Comfortable working with electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily service-call schedule.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and work around residential appliances.
• Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and diagnostic technology.
• Dependable, punctual, and accountable.
