B2B Account Management/Inside Sales Professional - Join the Fast-Growing Team at GigaCloud Technology!

(City of El Monte, California - Full-Time)

GigaCloud Technology (NASDAQ: GCT) is a fast-growing global B2B marketplace connecting furniture and home furnishing retailers with hundreds of wholesale suppliers.

We’re looking for motivated professionals who want to grow their career in inside sales, account management, and e-commerce.

In this role, you’ll help new Resellers/Retailers successfully launch on our marketplace while also supporting existing customers with assortment growth, platform strategy, and ongoing account development. You’ll work closely with retailers to help them maximize sales using our fulfillment network, product sourcing tools, and our robust marketplace bidding functions.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on new retailer inquiries and onboard accounts to the marketplace
• Help retailers build and maintain product assortments tailored to their business
• Support customers with online/e-commerce, and in-store sales strategies
• Educate customers on fulfillment solutions and bidding tools to drive growth
• Maintain relationships with existing accounts and identify expansion opportunities
• Partner with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in inside sales, account management, or customer-facing sales
• Strong communication skills and a competitive, results-driven mindset
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Furniture, home furnishings, or e-commerce experience is a strong plus
