Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, orders, delivery timelines, and technical specifications. Process orders accurately and handle changes or cancellations while ensuring customer satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide timely feedback. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's manufacturing processes and product offerings to assist customers effectively. Requirements Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure. Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. A proactive approach to customer service and a willingness to learn about products and processes.
